First time out I forgot ice. No worries, my rock fish were 54F when I bagged them and when I got home about 5 hours later they were very cold to the touch, meat was firm - even the kelp green lings were still very firm. Washes out easy with the drain plug and no smell. Cant go wrong with this bag.
