I purchased these to use as a filter layer inside my face mask after reading the material these bags are made of (non-woven polypropylene) provide a water resistant barrier for blocking droplet transmission. I cut out a template of my mask and cut this fabric and added it to the filter pouch in my mask and it does not impede my breathing ability and I feel better protected although I know wearing a mask is not foolproof and that it serves to protect others as we keeps our germs to ourselves. I also gave some to my children and grandchildren and have a few left to use for the purposes for which they are intended - as bags!Great bags. Used as welcome bags for my wedding and filled them with everything from treats to mimosa sets. My only complaint is that the bottom didn’t have a cardboard sleeve but everyone loved them. They are not really navy blue...they tend to look more purple.Tried to iron on and could not. Even tried with my easypress and it was a mess. Going to put a tag and that’s it. Loved the bag it self so still works for its purpose.Great well made bags. We use these to give away samples of our products. It's the second time we've ordered. Highly recommend!The bags are awesome! They are the perfect size and they are very sturdy.Bought these and immediately washed them since they’re supposed to be washable. They held up great and we’re definitely sturdy enough to be machine washed. Ordered mine for homemade filters for face masks but would definitely use them for gift bags.They seem sturdy enough.
