Quality in five steps. 1. The first check is done on a sample sent from the country of origin before shipping. 2. The second step is a cross-check between the first and second samples taken before loading. 3. The third check is conducted on a sample drawn at the port of arrival. 4. All of the blends of roasted coffee are monitored. 5. Blind tests are conducted weekly on the Vescovi production.
